JDRF raised just over a 1/2 Million Dollars at this years walk for the Tri ~ County area (Salt Lake) at Wheeler Historic Farm. They also had a record number of walkers this year ~ WooHoo ! As always it was a lot of fun (even with my broken ankle). This is Cam and Isabel just before we headed out ~
Cameron was chosen to be one this years car show judges. He chose a 1971 Convertible VW Bug. He got to present the owner of the winning car with her Plaque.
I completed my brown and red pillow beads today and I just got done listing these floral rounds on Ebay. I have been experimenting with some really cool new designs using kaleidoscope canes and have also been trying to perfect mobius beads. I can't quite get the sizes uniform even though the can slices are the same size. I guess it will take some practice.
I have finally decided to start a Blog ! Lately I have been looking back at my Polymer clay creations from the past couple of years and noticed all of the changes and improvements since I first started and this seems like a great way to document my work. I hope to even start posting some tutorials very soon. When I first started working with Polymer Clay I mainly made character beads but recently I have been concentrating on florals, and totally loving it !
The photo's above are just a few of the Goldens we have Fostered over the last couple of years + our own Max and Remmie as well. Enjoy ~
